Digital Products

All products sold directly through Folio & Frills are digital products. Because digital files are made available for download after purchase, all digital product sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once the digital content has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the product is right for you.

Problems With Your Download

If you have trouble accessing your files, receive an incorrect file, or believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us so we can review the order and determine how we can help.

Cancellations

Because digital products may be delivered automatically after purchase, orders generally cannot be canceled once the digital content has been delivered or accessed. Any rights provided by applicable consumer law still apply.
