About Us

Welcome to Folio & Frills!

Hi, I’m Debbie, the creative heart behind Folio & Frills. 💗

My creative business began with wreath making and home décor through Circle of Love Wreath Co. Over the years, my love of creating grew beyond wreaths and into another passion—paper crafting and digital design.

That’s how Folio & Frills came to life!

Here you’ll find printable digital papers, tags, ephemera, interactive folio kits, and other creative goodies designed to make paper crafting fun and easy. I especially love creating coordinating collections so you can spend less time searching for pieces that work together and more time creating.

And I haven’t given up my love of wreath making! My handmade wreaths and seasonal décor are still available through my Etsy shop, while Folio & Frills is home to my digital paper-crafting designs, projects, and tutorials.

Whether you came for the wreaths, the paper crafts, or a little bit of both, I’m so glad you’re here.

Happy creating!
Debbie 💗
